Tickets to events
Let’s explore the cultural face of Krakow together. Concerts, festivals, performances, happenings… We keep an ear close to the ground, know what goes on in the city and are happy to share our knowledge. You can buy/collect tickets/free passes to selected events in the centres.
Map of Krakow
Pick up a free map of Krakow in one of our centres to help you explore the city. We have created that map on the basis of many years of experience and conversations we had with you, the visitors. We hope that you will like it!
MPR | MSIT
We co-create the Małopolska Tourist Information System (MSIT) with almost thirty tourist information centres from the voivodeship. Local tourist information centres in all parts of the region provide information on tourist attractions in the vicinity and distribute complimentary promotional publications on Małopolska in various language versions. You can also get them in InfoKrakow centres.
As part of the MSIT project, tourist signposting including information boards at attractions and road signposting of routes is in place to make it easier to get around Małopolska and discover its most beautiful areas.
MSIT also has a regional tourist portal visitmalopolska.pl/en_GB, the source of reliable and current tourist information about Małopolska. Visitmalopolska.pl combines local portals of project partners and existing websites on Małopolska addressed to tourists.
We like to spend our time actively and want to make it easier for others; this is why we have joined the Cyclist-Friendly Places programme. One of our centres (in 7, Os. Zgody) have obtained the certificate and can boast the title of Cyclist-Friendly Place. What does it mean for you? In this centre, cyclists can get access to basic repair tools, directions to the nearest bike repair services, and can receive complimentary materials and maps of cycling routes in our region. In addition, places to park your bikes can be found next to the centre.
