We are here for you!

For 360 days a year, a team of experienced tourism workers share their knowledge and help you discover Krakow so that, like us, you could succumb to its charm and extraordinary vibe.

There are city guides among us and there are graduates from universities with a major in tourism, geography or art history. We are passionate about this city, we follow the news, visit new museums and attractions, improve our skills, participate in the cultural life in order to become better at talking about Krakow. And we don’t like to leave any questions unanswered!

We offer you tourist and cultural information in eight languages: Polish as well as English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian and Hebrew. We want to be accessible to all, which is why some of the guides have completed training on Polish Sign Language and services for persons with mobility and visual impairments.

History of the network

We have been in operation since 2004. The location and number of information centres changed depending on the needs of tourists and residents. Currently, there are 5 InfoKrakow centres in Krakow: in the very centre, i.e. in 2, św. Jana Street, in Szpitalna and Grodzka Street, in the Wyspiański Pavilion. During congresses or conferences, a centre in the ICE Krakow Congress Centre is opened if necessary. InfoKraków is also present in Nowa Huta and the local residents know it very well.
